NuSkye invests in companies that require more capital than is available from friends and family or from Angel investors, but less capital than meets the minimum investments of larger institutions and investors. The initial investments by NuSkye would range from $100,000 to $1.0 million and would preferably include a managerial/operational role for the NuSkye team.

The preferred Company profile is:

• Less than $10 million in revenues
• Profitable 1-2 year revenue history
• Located in New England

We believe that the character of a company's management team is just as important as its products and market. Our experience is that the management team more than any other factor will determine whether a company succeeds or fails. Therefore, we look for an experienced team with the leadership and perseverance required for success. If this is lacking, we will supplement the team with our own experience and skills. In particular, NuSkye aims to serve as a value-added partner to the companies in which it invests.
